Meeting Dates
Meetings will be tentatively held the next to last Wednesday of every month. Meetings will be held in the Hess Ice Rink Media Room and begin at 7:15 pm.
Proposed meeting dates for the 2025-26 Season are as follows
- July 22, 2025 - 6:00 pm (Annual Business Meeting)
- August 20, 2025 - 7:15 pm
- September 17, 2025 - 7:15 pm
- October 22, 2025 - 7:15 pm
- November 19, 2025 - 7:15 pm
- December 17, 2025 - 7:15 pm
- January 21, 2026 - 7:15 pm
- February 18, 2026 - 7:15 pm
