Identification Skates

1. All Registrations are Final Once registration and payment for ID skates are completed, no refunds, credits, or transfers will be issued for any reason. This includes, but is not limited to: Player "no-shows" or change of mind. Scheduling conflicts with other sports or activities. Last-minute illness or minor injuries. 2. Why is this policy in place? Lawrence County Hockey commits to ice rental fees, insurance costs, and coaching assignments based on the number of registered participants. A "no-show" prevents another player from potentially taking that evaluation spot and does not reduce the club’s overhead costs. 3. Exceptional Circumstances In the event of a documented season-ending injury or a permanent relocation prior to the first skate date, a partial credit toward future seasons may be considered at the sole discretion of the Board of Directors. 4. Event Cancellation If Lawrence County Hockey is forced to cancel an ID skate due to rink closures or unforeseen circumstances, we will attempt to reschedule the session. If rescheduling is not possible, a pro-rated refund or credit may be issued.
